Returns Policy

Because of hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable — no exceptions.

All Other Items

You can return any full-price item within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, a store credit will be issued instead, valid for 1 year.

Sale items, voucher code purchases, and promotional offers are non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.

All refunds are issued minus shipping costs. We don’t provide return labels — returns are at the customer’s cost to help keep prices fair.
