International Customs & Import Fees

When placing an international order with Blanc Menswear, you are responsible for ensuring the import of goods complies with the customs regulations of your destination country.

The amount paid at checkout covers the cost of goods and shipping only. It does not include customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or any additional charges applied by your local customs authority.

Who pays customs fees?

Any customs or import charges are determined and collected by the government or customs authority of the delivery country. These fees are:

  • Not included in the total paid at checkout
  • Charged directly to you by the courier or customs authority
  • Outside of Blanc Menswear’s control

If customs fees are not paid:

If customs charges remain unpaid, the parcel will be automatically returned to us. Once the parcel is received back at our warehouse, we will process a refund. Please note:

  • Any customs fees that are charged back to us will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
